I offer individualized nutrition counseling sessions.
In person or virtual sessions are available.
Initial Session
During this session I get to learn all about you. We’ll chat about your health history, daily habits, and goals.
Together we will create a personalized nutrition plan that meets your needs and will help you achieve your goals.
My role in this session is to make things clear and simple - ask me anything!
Follow-up Sessions
We’ll check on your progress, answer questions and discuss any challenges you’ve experienced.
No path is straight. This is when we’ll adjust your plan and work on any hurdles you’ve encountered.
Our sessions will always involve nutrition education. I’ll share tips and ideas to make healthy eating easy and fun!
